No. You pay the rental at pickup, in cash (euro or lek) or by card. Nothing is charged when you book.

Yes. The total you see includes insurance, unlimited km, taxes and the fees for one-way returns or out-of-hours handovers. Extras you add are listed line by line.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Just send us a message on WhatsApp. Later than that, we ask for one day of rental.

From 3 days the daily rate drops by 10%, from 7 days by 18% and from 14 days by 25%. The discount is already in the price you see.

Your passport or ID card, a driving licence held for at least one year, and the deposit. Each driver shows their own licence.

Not with a licence from the EU, the UK, Switzerland, the US, Canada or Australia. Other licences need an international permit next to the original.

21 for most cars, 23 for SUVs and the convertible, 25 for 4x4s with seven seats, vans and premium cars. Drivers under 25 pay a young driver fee of €5 a day.

Yes, add an additional driver when you book. They need to be at pickup with their licence and passport.

Third-party liability, collision damage cover and theft protection are in every price. With standard cover you pay up to the excess shown on each car if it is damaged.

For a few euro a day, full protection brings the excess to zero and also covers tyres, glass and the underbody. The deposit drops to €100.

It is held on a credit card or left in cash at pickup, and released when you return the car in the same condition. The amount is shown on each car.

Call or message us on WhatsApp, day or night. Roadside assistance covers the whole country and we bring a replacement car where we can.

In the arrivals hall at Tirana Airport, after customs. Your agent holds a Hop! sign and we track your flight, so a delay costs you nothing.

Yes, at any Hop! point. Between Tirana Airport and Tirana centre it is free; other one-way returns have a fee shown before you book, based on the distance.

Same to same: you get the car with a full tank and return it full. If it is not full, we charge the missing fuel at the pump price plus €10.

You have one hour of grace after your pickup time. After that, one more day is added. Message us if you are running late and we will help.

Yes, in all six cities, including Ksamil and the beach hotels in Durrës. It costs €20 for delivery and collection, and it is free for rentals of 7 days or more.

Yes, with the cross-border green card (€40 for the whole rental). Add it when you book so the papers are ready at pickup. Greece is possible on request.

Only for Theth, Valbona and gravel roads to remote beaches. The main roads, the Riviera and Llogara Pass are fine in any car.

One: the Kalimash tunnel on the motorway to Kosovo, about €5 each way, paid in cash or by card at the booth.

In Tirana use the paid car parks or blue-line street parking, paid by app or at the kiosk. Never park on yellow lines. Hotels on the coast usually have free parking.
